Autovision, represents SpecTIR's engineering division. SpecTIR acquired Autovision Corporation, a leader in industrial and machine vision, to expand the company’s engineering capabilities. Autovision Division in Los Angeles, CA works closely with the SpecTIR lab in Reno to design advanced imaging instruments and ISR sensor systems for both terrestrial and airborne operations.

Airborne and Terrestrial Hyperspectral Systems

In terms of standard Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) airborne imaging systems, SpecTIR is the master distributor of the Specim line of AISA airborne hyperspectral sensors in North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The firm offers sales of the as well as training, support, installation, and calibration of the products.

In addition, Autovision provides customized airborne sensors for select clientele under the ProSpecTIR product line.
